# CapRadar

> CapRadar by Radrly is a Jira Cloud app (Atlassian Forge) for software capitalization: it splits engineering time from Jira into CapEx and OpEx with rules, approvals and a period lock, and produces audit-ready R&D time records.

- Policy templates for US GAAP ASC 350-40, ASU 2025-06, ASC 985-20 and IFRS IAS 38, plus custom.
- Worklog sync (and Tempo hours), rates, rules, phases, overrides and a To classify queue; period close with pre-close checks, approval and lock, post-lock adjustments.
- Exports: CSV pack, board pack and journal entry CSV; R&D flag independent of CapEx treatment.
- Advanced adds hash-signed snapshots of locked periods that an auditor can verify offline, multiple policies and simulation, a review step with separation of duties, and the Rovo agent.
- Interface in English and Polish. Built on Forge with no external calls.
